Olivier Leclipteur is a corporate finance and restructuration specialist for M&A. He has a long lasting experience in finance reengineering for companies experiencing difficulties.  He has more than 15 years’ experience in banking including private banking, and managed over one billion € investment. He is the corporate finance and MNA specialist for the Avicenne Invest. He has a broad expertise in most investment fields.

Isaac Odeyemi is a veterinary doctor and PhD in economics and professor at Manchester University. He has a long experience in the pharmaceutical industry at European and global level in multiple large to medium global companies.
